Job Title: Support Worker

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a sense of humor, and experience with Personal Care. They should also be willing to work in the Oakey/Toowoomba areas.

The Role:
  • Flexibility is essential for this position, with rotating roster and shift work involved. Time management and ability to cover shifts at short notice are crucial.
  • Experience with Personal Care, including animal care, is required. A high standard of care in a home setting and knowledge of relevant safety procedures are necessary.

Requirements:
  • Cert 3 in Individual Support or equivalent (or studying towards with experience).
  • Current police check or willingness to obtain. NDIS worker screening check (Yellow Card) is mandatory.
  • First aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain. Driver's License and Car are also required.
  • 'Quality, Safety, and You' - NDIS worker orientation module or willingness to obtain.
