Job Description

Provide comprehensive support to clients in accordance with their NDIS plans. Assist with daily living activities such as eating, dressing, bathing, and grooming. Offer transportation assistance and respite care to clients and their families. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients' care plans and progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to clients based on their unique needs and abilities.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene.
  • Offer transportation assistance to clients and facilitate social inclusion.
  • Maintain accurate records of clients' care plans and progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of high school or equivalent education.
  • Certificate 2 or 4 in Individual Support or willingness to work towards completion.
  • Lived experience or paid experience working with people with disabilities.
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS and its guidelines.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base and understand their different support needs.
  • Basic care and first aid skills.
