About Member Support Consultant Role

The role of a Member Support Consultant is an essential part of building and maintaining a thriving membership base.

This position plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving positive member retention and fostering a sense of community among members.

As a key representative of the club, you will be responsible for interacting with prospective members, providing them with information about our services and inspiring them to begin their wellness journey with us.

Your primary goals will include achieving membership growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members by providing top-notch customer service.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds and a passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to membership growth through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads via community outreach and identification of new business opportunities
  • Achieve required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Deliver sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create personalized member journeys through positive interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to member enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per roster requirements
  • Pursue active involvement in member retention programs to inspire members to continue their fitness journey
  • Maintain regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged

About You

- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Ability to build relationships with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help individuals succeed in their objectives
- Capacity to solve problems and overcome obstacles
- Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathize and influence others
- Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
- Customer-focused with a desire to deliver exceptional customer outcomes

About Us

We offer a realistic OTE of $70,000-$75,000 (made up of base salary and commission), plus superannuation.
