Centre Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a Centre Manager to lead our childcare centre, driving excellence in every aspect of the operation and inspiring your team to ensure the highest standards of care, education, and engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate early education leader who knows how to mix work with joy and inspire others to do the same.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, policies, and communication with parents and stakeholders.
  • Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth opportunities.
  • Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children's holistic development.
  • Prioritise children's safety and well-being, adhering to regulatory requirements and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork, diversity, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • A recognised Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
