- Respect Residents' Dignity and Choice: Treat residents with kindness, patience, and respect, prioritizing their individual needs and preferences.
- Effective Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Aged Care Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, Aged Care Act, and Quality of Care Principles.
- Reliability and Flexibility: Be reliable and flexible, with the ability to work a roster with set shifts.
- Basic Computer Skills: Possess basic computer skills and be comfortable using technology.
- Qualifications and Certifications: Hold a Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support (or be currently working towards) and have a current NDIS clearance, proof of Rights to Work, and a current immunisation certificate.
