Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Roshana Care Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to our residents, leading the assessment of their strengths and needs, and developing individualised support plans that promote physical and emotional wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership to Care Partners, ensuring the care needs of residents are met in accordance with clinical needs and care plans.
- Develop and implement care plans for each resident, utilising information from assessments and in liaison with residents, families, GPs, and other staff.
- Respond to quality issues and actively contribute to our continuous improvement system.
- Promote and support consistency for individual residents when assigning care, delegating activities, and providing direction to Enrolled Nurses, Care Partners, and others.
- Model enablement of residents while attending to their needs and providing direction and assistance to other staff members.
- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing and current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Proven high level of clinical competencies with excellent clinical analysis, interpretation, and planning skills.
- Able to lead and influence others.
- Relates to the aged care population with empathy, understanding, and respect.
- Sound understanding of care assessment and provision within the Aged and Health Care sectors.
