The Operational Risk division is at the forefront of this mission, leveraging the expertise of Senior Project Managers like you to deliver strategic projects that shape the future of our organization.

Your role will be to lead the end-to-end delivery of critical projects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment with our Project and Change Delivery Framework. You'll also provide guidance and support to the Non-Financial Risk Platforms team, helping them navigate their backlog of system enhancements and process improvements.

To succeed in this position, you'll need:

  • A strong track record as a Senior Project Manager in the Financial Services industry, with 10+ years of experience.
  • Technical knowledge of systems implementations and releases, as well as Governance, Risk, and Compliance systems.
  • Demonstrable experience with agile tools and techniques, including JIRA and facilitating agile ceremonies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

In return, you can expect a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
