Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Risk Management Professional to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and maintaining effective risk management practices for the implementation of Workday across People & Culture and Finance.

This role involves identifying, assessing, controlling, and monitoring risk exposures, ensuring that internal controls are robust, effective, and in alignment with project and business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure proactive engagement and alignment with governance expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement risk management plans and strategies aligned with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective controls and mitigation strategies.
  • Provide risk and compliance advice to project teams and business operational teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in operational risk management.
  • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and deliver to deadlines.
