About our organization
Financial Transaction ProcessorWe are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Financial Transaction Processor to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our financial transactions.
You will be responsible for processing high-volume supplier invoices, verifying accurate coding and timely payment of expenses, communicating with suppliers and site managers, maintaining organized and compliant records, and supporting the finance team during end-of-month review.
- Processing a high volume of supplier invoices for goods and services
- Verifying accurate coding and timely payment of expenses
- Communicating with suppliers and site managers to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Maintaining organized and compliant records
- Supporting the finance team during end-of-month review
You'll bring:
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Experience in accounts payable or finance administration
- Familiarity with accounting systems such as Sage, Templa, Access Dimension, HR3
- Comfort with spreadsheets and invoice management
