Child and Family Mental Health Services in a Hospital Setting
The role of the Infant Mental Health Paediatric Fellow is to work with infants and young children who are hospitalised with complex medical conditions.
This includes working closely with the team, including consultants and coordinators, to assess and diagnose mental health issues in infants aged 0 to 4 years.
The fellow will also be involved in developing their clinical skills through training, teaching and interdisciplinary engagement.
This role provides a unique opportunity for a paediatric fellow to develop their expertise in working with families and young children.
In order to achieve this goal, the fellow will participate in research activities and translate findings into clinical practice.
