About the Job

You will work closely with our Operations and Customer Service Teams to prepare reports on comparative data versus forecasts, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement. Your strategic approach to workforce planning will align with our business needs, addressing resourcing and scheduling issues. You will manage staff scheduling and work volume balancing, making adjustments and recommendations where necessary.

You will optimize performance within our call centre through improved workforce planning, analyzing work patterns including seasonal and temporary resource planning.
