Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

Job Description:
- Deliver injury management services across the State, aligning with Queensland Police Service policies and legislation.
- Develop and coordinate injury management strategies to enhance rehabilitation service delivery.
- Provide specialized injury management services for a range of physical and psychological injuries and illnesses.
- Coordinate rehabilitation functions, including consultative processes and networks, to achieve optimal return to work outcomes.
- Offer high-quality advice, support, and training on injury management, ensuring compliance with governance and policy frameworks.
- Manage workers' compensation claims case management, including liaison with WorkCover Queensland.
- Analyse statistical data, trends, and impacts on QPS, providing recommendations to address identified risks.

- Qualification: Nil
- Technical/Operational/Educational Experience: A relevant qualification or experience in rehabilitation or case management is highly desirable.
- Other: A C-Class drivers' license is desirable.
