Event Beverage Professional

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Event Beverage Professional to oversee the preparation and delivery of food and beverage items at corporate functions, weddings, and other events.

This role involves monitoring functions and services in the meeting room booking system, providing waiter service, clearing and cleaning tables, performing routine maintenance on coffee machines, and preparing specialty beverages for clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring functions and services in the meeting room booking system to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of services
  • Providing exceptional waiter service to conferences, meetings, and private functions
  • Clearing and cleaning tables and food preparation/storage/display areas and equipment
  • Performing routine maintenance and cleaning on coffee machines and other equipment
  • Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea-based beverages tailored to client preferences

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in a corporate, hotel, or fine dining venue setting
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Well-presented appearance with high standards of personal and work hygiene
  • Latte Art skills
  • Confidence and maturity when dealing with high-level executives
  • Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) competency card
