Life Science Expert Role

We are seeking a talented Life Science Expert to join our team. As a key partner to our customers, you will assist them in achieving their goals and provide technical expertise, product information, and support in the areas of precision medicine and reproductive health.

You will work closely with clinical laboratory scientists to design and conduct experiments to initiate and validate the use of our systems in customer laboratories. Additionally, you will train laboratory staff on the use and maintenance of our systems and software.

About the Position:

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth through presentations and workshops. You will educate customers and partners on the implementation of testing solutions and provide guidance on the latest advancements in life sciences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise and product information to customers in the areas of precision medicine and reproductive health.
  • Design and conduct experiments to initiate and validate the use of our systems in customer laboratories.
  • Train laboratory staff on the use and maintenance of our systems and software.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and workshops to educate customers and partners on the implementation of testing solutions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor of Science or higher education.
  • Experience working in the life sciences industry, particularly in reproductive health and/or precision medicine testing.
  • Excellent understanding of genomic databases and their annotations (Gen Bank, Ref Seq, ENSEMBL, db SNP).
  • Demonstrated computer and data analysis skills, ability to analyze complex data sets.
