
Procurement Manager

As a key member of the Amélie Housing team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the asset and procurement function. This includes developing and implementing strategies to achieve best outcomes for the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure efficient implementation of processes
- Developing and implementing asset and procurement management strategies
- Managing the procurement lifecycle, including market research and contract negotiations
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives
For this role, you will need to possess:
- Proven experience in procurement and asset management
- Experience in residential property maintenance and community housing/public housing
- Knowledge of relevant legislations and industry standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills
To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background in facility management, contract negotiation, and asset procurement. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
