We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Retail Artist to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a Retail Artist, you will have the opportunity to combine your passion for make-up artistry with your ability to provide exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inspirational in-store experience for our customers, educating and delighting them through personalized make-up services. You will also be working as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events and ensure that the store always achieves high standards of visual merchandising.

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong foundation in make-up artistry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Additionally, you will need to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service, as well as the ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience
  • Offer personalized make-up services and educate customers on the latest trends and products
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of visual merchandising
  • Participate in in-store events and activities to drive sales and engagement

Requirements:

  • Strong foundation in make-up artistry and previous retail experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
