We are seeking a skilled makeup artist to join our retail team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable in-store experiences.

">About the Role

This role involves working as part of a high-performing team to create engaging in-store events and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.

You will be responsible for providing personalized and inspirational customer service, as well as ensuring that all store displays are visually appealing and aligned with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging in-store events and promotions that drive sales and customer engagement
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, including window displays and in-store layouts
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest makeup trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements
  • Certification in makeup artistry or previous experience in retail makeup
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
