About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Merchandise Specialist to join our Digital Marketing & Trade team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in achieving budgeted sales and gross profit through analysis and adjustment of merchandise stock levels, website integrity, range and position on our eCommerce website. You will focus on meeting sales budgets and increasing growth profit for our market by using sales forecasting skills and web data analysis to determine trade activity and report on progression to ensure that we are meeting our targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective merchandise strategies to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandise plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform merchandise decisions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants, marketing, and creative teams
