Job Title: Environmental Sustainability Leader
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our organization's environmental sustainability efforts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective ESG strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and communicating complex issues to various stakeholders.

- Develop and implement short and long-term ESG and climate strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.">
- Lead the ESG Committee and support subcommittees across the business to ensure ESG considerations are integrated into decision-making processes.">
- Provide guidance on ESG risks, opportunities, and climate scenario analyses to inform business decisions.">
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks and standards, including the Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards (ASRS).">
- Champion ESG training, change readiness, and communication initiatives to promote a culture of sustainability within the organization.">
Requirements:
">The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, risk, governance, or related fields. They will possess exceptional communication skills, strong stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities, and a commercial mindset with high-level professional judgment.
