- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent education/training.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Experience in product repair and technical support services.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
- Autonomous, organized, and customer-focused approach.
- Comfortable with physical work and willing to travel as needed.
