About the Role:

The Certified Credentialing Expert will play a vital role in ensuring seamless credentialing and compliance for our healthcare services. As a key member of the Community Services, Health Hub team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the MyCred system and ensure contract deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate onboarding and optimize MyCred usage for new and existing contracts.
  • Provide leadership, support, and development for your team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system efficiency and quality outcomes.
  • Lead improvements and testing of MyCred system functionalities.
  • Contribute to the strategic development of the Health Business.
  • Ensure data integrity, quality assurance, and risk management processes are in place.

What You'll Need:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in operationalising usage of similar platforms.
  • Experience in defining business requirements for further development.
  • Ability to customise solutions to fit specific customer and business objectives.
  • Proven experience managing and leading teams.
  • Familiarity with credentialing, compliance, and data management systems.
  • Strong project management and change management skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders across different levels.
  • An innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Salary Estimate: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
