Customer Service Representative Opportunity

An exciting opportunity is now available for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our Customer Service team in Melbourne.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound phone calls to customers with competence and confidence.
  • Managing customer escalations and queries effectively.
  • Driving energy and enthusiasm to succeed in the role.

We are seeking an individual who can:

  • Manage escalated issues and ensure customer needs are always met.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Take ownership of different projects and customer success, updating customer information and CRM systems.
  • Support the team through general administrative duties and data entry.
  • Contribute to achieving sales and margin targets.
