Bakery Staff Job Opportunity

At our facility, we operate a fast-paced bakery environment with an impressive production setup. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks including kneading and rolling pizza dough balls, preparing and baking bread buns, mixing ingredients, portioning and baking cakes, packing items for distribution as required, ensuring a clean and safe workplace at all times, overcoming any production issues that may arise.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Knead and roll pizza dough balls
  • Prepare and bake bread buns
  • Mix ingredients, portion and bake cakes
  • Pack items for distribution as required
  • Ensure a clean and safe workplace at all times
  • Overcome any production issues that may arise

As a successful Bakery Staff Member, you will have:

  • Experience working in a bakery or food production facility
  • The ability to work independently and be self-motivated to get the job done but also be a helpful team member
  • Remain calm and get the job done in a timely manner
  • Be well presented and punctual
  • Be available to work a variety of shifts starting from 5am
  • Flexibility with start and finish times to suit business demands is an absolute must

Having experience in similar positions and working environments is highly advantageous. A NSW Drivers License and own transport is also advantageous due to the early shift start times and limited public transport available at these times.
