About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at HealthcareLink On-Demand. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse caseload and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload, including treating musculoskeletal conditions and rehabilitating clients living with a disability. Your expertise will help our clients achieve their goals, maximise functional capacity, and maintain independence in the long term.

You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively within our team of Allied Health Professionals, including fellow Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Dieticians, and Podiatrists. Our state-of-the-art facility in Nowra provides a stimulating and supportive environment for you to grow and develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload, undertaking assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based management of clients using a range of tools and equipment.
  • Provide care to clients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, pre/post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation, and rehabilitation of clients with neurological or physical disabilities.
  • Maintain administrative duties, including relevant documentation and reporting associated with optimal client care.

  • Generous base salary up to $105K (based on experience) + commission and bonus structure available.

Requirements
  • Possess Bachelor's degree of Physiotherapy.
  • AHPRA General Registration.
  • Driving Licence and access to reliable transport.
  • Valid police check.
  • New Graduates are welcome to apply.

This role is based in our state-of-the-art facility in Nowra, NSW, approximately 160km south of Sydney CBD. The location offers a great work-life balance and easy access to beaches, bushwalks, and other outdoor activities.
