Store Director

At TenTops, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Director to lead our team in Nowra NSW. This is a fantastic opportunity for a retail professional to take on a leadership role and drive sales growth while maintaining exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing teams, and improving operational efficiency. They will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, including merchandising standards, customer service, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

• To lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
• To develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
• To maintain high merchandising standards and ensure a clean and safe shopping environment
• To provide coaching and training to staff to improve their skills and knowledge
• To work closely with the Operations Manager to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

• Degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3 years' experience in retail management
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
