Job Title: Clinical Mental Health Professional

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Mental Health Professional to provide expert clinical support and case management services within our Recovery Support Program.

  • Provide clinical interventions and case management services to patients in need.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers, social services, and support networks to ensure continuity of care.
  • Plan and deliver skills groups and training sessions to promote patient well-being.
  • Foster effective relationships with patients, families, and carers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant undergraduate degree in Psychology or related field and registration with the relevant governing body.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload in a complex therapeutic environment.
