We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of our Digital Transformation initiatives for a leading Australian Telecommunications Company.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for the delivery of complex Telecom Network Projects, with a focus on Digital and 5G technologies.
- Lead a team of Project Professionals, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, as well as capitalize on opportunities to drive business growth.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and implement effective project governance, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in Program Management, with a strong background in Telecom Network Projects.
