What Will You Bring?
- Minimum Certificate 3 qualification in either Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability
- A passion and energy for delivering outstanding care
- Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes
