We are seeking a highly skilled Technology and Transformation team member to provide exceptional customer service and support to the technology needs of our staff. As a key figure, you will play a critical role in resolving technical issues, handling user requests, and ensuring that our customers are regularly kept up-to-date with the progress and status of their requests and incidents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing 1st level customer support and incident resolution to all users of technology within the organization
  • Ensuring customers are regularly kept up to date with the progress and status of their requests and incidents
  • Investigating and responding to outstanding requests and incidents providing accurate and timely feedback in accordance with agreed SLAs
  • Liaising with internal support teams and external suppliers in a professional and efficient manner

To succeed in this role, you must have highly developed customer service, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proactive approach to process improvements and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are also required.
