About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced construction professional to join our team as a residential building manager.

This role will involve coordinating trades, suppliers and site schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building plans, codes and regulations, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work independently and problem solve on the fly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Monitor construction progress and maintain timelines
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure high standards are maintained
  • Liaise with subcontractors, internal teams and sales people
  • Manage on-site documentation and reporting

About You:

  • Proven experience in residential construction management
  • Strong understanding of building plans, codes and regulations
  • Excellent communication, scheduling and organisation skills
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the fly
  • White Card and relevant building qualifications
  • Driver's license
