Job Description:

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the sourcing and recruiting of top talent for various positions within our centres. Your responsibilities will include advertising job openings on reputable platforms, reviewing resumes, phone screening potential candidates, booking interviews, and conducting thorough reference checks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and identify high-calibre talent for various roles within our organisation.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Assist with the Traineeship program to foster growth and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in recruitment or customer-facing roles is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for success in this position.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills will enable you to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including candidates and internal teams.
  • Prioritise and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • A genuine interest in the childcare industry and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of children and families.
