We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Victoria, Australia. This role offers a unique chance to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the automotive aftermarket industry.

In this position, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth across our product range. You will also provide support to our wholesale network, helping to strengthen relationships and maximize sales performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners throughout VIC/SA/TAS regions
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and managing existing accounts to achieve sales targets
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive
  • Providing feedback from customers and the installer network to inform product development and sales strategies
  • Assisting with the development of training programs for the wholesale network

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in business development or sales within the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the local vehicle accessory market and competitors
