Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of cleaning staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee the highest quality of cleaning services.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Collaborate with clients to create customised cleaning plans and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the cleaning industry.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
