Housekeeping Attendant Position Overview:

As a valued member of our hotel staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service. You'll work closely with your team to ensure guest rooms and service areas are immaculate, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring that every guest leaves with a positive impression of their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding cleaning and maintenance services for assigned guest rooms and service areas, meeting hotel standards and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional guest interaction, respecting guest privacy, assisting with requests, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate efficiently with all hotel departments, maintaining good relationships with colleagues and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain operational excellence by keeping a tidy, well-stocked trolley, reporting any maintenance issues, and ensuring your work area is safe and clean at all times.
  • Strive to exceed guest expectations by providing quality service and promptly addressing any complaints or concerns.
  • Perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting, moving furniture, and other duties as required, ensuring safety at all times.

  • A keen eye for cleanliness and order, with a strong sense of responsibility in maintaining high standards.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a fun and collaborative work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks, stay organized, and keep a strong focus on the task at hand.
  • Physical stamina to lift, carry, push, pull, and move objects weighing up to 22 kilograms, and assist with heavier tasks when needed.
