Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Domestic Support: Maintaining a clean and safe environment for seniors
  • Assisting with meal preparation and grocery shopping

  • Delivering specialized care for individuals with complex needs, such as dementia

What we are looking for in an Aged Care Support Worker:

  • Genuine passion for assisting the elderly in maintaining their independence at home
  • Possession of a current P1 class or higher Australian Driver's License and a registered vehicle
  • Ability to manage challenging situations with professionalism and resilience
  • Availability to work a minimum of three days a week, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend shifts
  • Capability to work independently and solve problems, knowing when to seek help
