Job Title: Contracts Administrator

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex civil infrastructure projects in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Position
  • Preparing, negotiating, and administering subcontracts, variations, and progress claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Managing project costs, budgets, and cash flow, including forecasting and tender analysis.
  • Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to support project delivery and resolve issues.
  • Reviewing and processing invoices, payments, and accruals in line with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining contract records, reports, and financial systems to support project performance and compliance.
  • Collaborating with design and construction teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Economics, Quantity Surveying, Law, or Commerce.
  • Prior experience as a Contracts Administrator or Quantity Surveyor in the construction and engineering industry.
  • Experience in all stages of subcontract management, including scope preparation, procurement, cost forecasting, subcontractor management, claims/variations management, completion, and close-out.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
