About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Energy Sales Specialist to join our team at Talent Nation Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the development of submissions to tenders and proposals for complex cleaner energy projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the commercial energy sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
  • Prepare and submit high-quality tender submissions and proposals to secure new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical expertise and solution-selling skills to drive sales conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on the company's commercial energy strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Proven track record of success in tender submissions and proposal development.
  • Strong technical expertise in energy solutions, including solar, batteries, and EV chargers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • CEC Accreditation (preferred).
