Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinic Manager to lead our team of laser and skin therapists and cosmetic injectors. As a leader, you will drive clinic sales performance, coach team members, and set a high standard through hands-on interactions with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive clinic sales performance and exceed sales targets
  • Coach and develop team members to become experts in our services
  • Set a high standard through hands-on interactions with clients
  • Lead a team of highly passionate laser and skin therapists and cosmetic injectors
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic operations and efficiency
Requirements
  • Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy
  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and positive communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-driven approach with a focus on exceeding sales targets
