Hotel Porter Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Porter Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the efficient handling of luggage and managing vehicle arrivals and departures.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and leading high-performing teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the hotel porters to ensure daily operations foster positive guest relations and create a welcoming environment
  • Coordinate the arrival and departure of guests with the delivery and collection of their luggage
  • Provide accurate information on services and facilities available within the property as well as informing guests about what's happening in and around Sydney
  • Foster positive working relationships across all departments at The Grand
  • Assist the concierge in rostering, training and communications

Requirements:
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Experience as a bell captain or similar position within a five-star property desirable
  • NSW drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
