ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Stylist to join our team at the Cotton On Group. As a Senior Stylist, you will be responsible for creating captivating styling looks for seasonal campaigns, marketing materials, product detail pages, web, and social initiatives. You will collaborate with the Marketing and Trend teams to bring the brand message and vision to life through styling and storytelling that aligns with the brand's DNA and strategy.

You will style models for editorial photo shoots and online product photography to ensure the highest quality images are produced. This is a leadership role, requiring an engaging, inspiring, and supporting individual who can deliver on the brand's vision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute styling concepts for seasonal campaigns and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Trend teams to bring the brand message and vision to life.
  • Style models for editorial photo shoots and online product photography.
  • Ensure the highest quality images are produced.
  • Provide leadership and support to the styling team.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous styling experience in fashion/retail editorial, lingerie, product, and still-life photography.
  • Extensive knowledge of apparel on-body and flat styling techniques for across the retail industry and in various fashion categories, with specific attention to fit.
  • A superb eye for trending, style, and visual composition.
  • Proven experience with editorial on-set standards, demands, and the need for attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to work in a team environment, give honest, direct feedback, and be a solid verbal and written communicator.
  • Meets deadlines, prioritizes appropriately, copes well with change, and maintains composure under pressure.
