About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Lead Fashion Stylist to join our team. As a key member of our styling department, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning looks for seasonal campaigns, marketing materials, product detail pages, web, and social initiatives.

As a leader in your field, you will collaborate with our Marketing and Trend teams to bring the brand message and vision to life through exceptional styling and storytelling. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our visual content aligns with our brand DNA and strategy.

You will have the opportunity to style models for editorial photo shoots and online product photography, delivering high-quality images that meet our branding standards. In this leadership role, you will inspire and support your team members to deliver exceptional results and achieve our brand vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement creative styling concepts for seasonal campaigns and marketing materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all touchpoints
  • Style models for editorial photo shoots and online product photography, adhering to high-end production standards
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior stylists to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a senior stylist in fashion/retail editorial, lingerie, product, and still-life photography
  • Extensive knowledge of apparel on-body and flat styling techniques, with a focus on fit and trending styles
  • A keen eye for visual composition and a deep understanding of current trends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
