Job Opportunity

Our Financial Planning client is a well-established and trusted name, with a strong reputation for excellence in the industry. They are currently seeking experienced professionals to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare documentation prior to report writing, ensuring recommendations are researched and signed off by relevant teams where necessary.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and compliant suitability reports.
  • Utilise technology to produce accurate solutions for clients.
  • Carry out financial calculations on behalf of advisers.
  • Develop professionally and stay up-to-date with industry changes.
  • Ensure all advice documentation meets regulatory requirements.
  • Effectively communicate both internally and externally.
  • Work with advisers to gather client information.
  • Understand and apply research systems.
  • Provide clear instructions to ensure proposals and documentation are correctly completed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organisation skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new systems and processes.
  • Working knowledge/experience of the financial services industry and suitability reports.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Ability to write bespoke advice for complex cases.
  • Confident in researching and preparing tax calculations.
  • Experience working within defined service standards and procedures.
  • Good track record in delivering customer satisfaction.
  • Minimum Level 4 Diploma qualification.
