We are seeking a skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at IPAR, a national occupational rehabilitation provider. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals who may be living with an illness, disability, or injury.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage caseloads effectively, working closely with Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks
  • Apply clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes for clients
  • Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs in collaboration with employers and employees
  • Work collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical professionals, and allied health specialists to achieve optimal results
  • Conduct various assessments using clinical and discipline-specific skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments
