We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation management team, you will work closely with treatment providers, stakeholders, and clients to ensure the best recovery outcomes.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive positive outcomes for clients.

You will be responsible for providing clinical opinions and justification through report writing, attending workplaces on a weekly basis, and educating workplaces on how to manage and prevent workplace injuries.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative organization, where you can bring your ideas and passion to help people navigate complex rehabilitation plans.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with treatment providers to ensure best recovery outcomes
  • Provide clinical opinions and justification through report writing
  • Attend workplaces on a weekly basis to learn physical demands and responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you will require a tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, or Physiotherapy, AHPRA or ESSA registration, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
