Job Overview

The Team Assistant role provides support to the Western and Central regions, blending commercial operations, promotional coordination, and office management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administrative support to senior team members, including General Managers.
  • Coordinate logistics for On Premise Business Development Managers across Western and Central regions.
  • Manage staff travel arrangements, procurements, and events register.
  • Lead the Culture and Engagement Champions Team, organizing internal and external events.
  • Contribute to month-end accounting processes, set up new vendors, and verify freight documentation.
  • Maintain a professional work environment, including meeting room bookings and catering requirements.
  • Produce reports as required by senior team members.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent teamwork and autonomy skills, with a high level of organization and prioritization.
  • Detailed attention and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • A willingness to learn and improve processes.
