Key Global Mobility Role

We have an opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Advisor in Global Mobility.

This key position will oversee the full lifecycle of international workforce transitions, ensuring compliance and enhancing the employee experience across borders.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage global expatriate management cycle with strong partnerships with people business partners.
  • Engage actively with assignees for regular connections and high levels of engagement.
  • Maintain effective stakeholder relationships globally.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks in all areas of Global Mobility.
  • Assess pre-move requirements including consultation with business leaders and collaboration with talent acquisition teams on candidate profiles.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and consult with stakeholders on Global Mobility standards interpretation for long-term and short-term international assignments.
  • Deliver insights on Global Mobility trends.
  • Be the main point of contact for APAC immigration matters.
  • Work closely with the Global Mobility Leader on program enhancements and projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree holder, Master's degree preferred but not required.
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of Global Mobility (immigration, tax, payroll, mobilizations, relocation management).
  • Background in handling inter-country transfers across Asia Pacific Region.
  • Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking and responsiveness to dynamic business environments.
  • Excellent communication skills to provide guidance and advice to diverse stakeholders.
