Senior Civil Designer is a key role in our Design and Drafting team.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Designer to specialise in water and wastewater projects, working closely with engineers to develop optimal designs for major infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will lead design efforts across civil, mechanical, and structural sectors for water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This will include producing detailed process and mechanical design documentation using advanced software tools, collaborating with engineers to develop cost-effective designs for infrastructure projects, and applying expertise in designing water and wastewater infrastructure, pipelines, and pump stations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design effort for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Produce detailed process and mechanical design documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineers to develop cost-effective designs.
  • Apply expertise in designing water and wastewater infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in general civil design, particularly in water and wastewater infrastructure.
  • Extensive experience in using 12D, AutoCAD, and Inventor in the design and drafting of Australian infrastructure projects.
  • A strong foundation in water and sewerage design, including pipelines and pump stations.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and client service skills.
