As a skilled Data Engineering Manager, you will lead our team of data engineers in developing and maintaining robust data pipelines and infrastructure. You will oversee the design, implementation, and operation of efficient and scalable data solutions to collect, process, and store large volumes of data from diverse sources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of data pipelines, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Define and own the strategic roadmap for our data platform, aligning with business goals and objectives.
  • Establish and enforce robust data governance, security, and privacy frameworks to meet regulatory and internal compliance standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading or managing a data engineering team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive experience with cloud data warehouses and data orchestration tools.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL and strong coding skills in Python.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
