We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Health and Safety professional to join our team as a Senior WHS Business Partner. In this role, you will provide expert advice and leadership on all workplace health and safety matters, ensuring a safe working environment for employees.

Responsibilities:
  1. Safety Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive safety culture, embedding best practices throughout the organization.
  2. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure a safe working environment, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance.
  3. Incident Investigation: Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  4. Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance staff competency and awareness of WHS policies and procedures.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships with regulators, auditors, and other stakeholders, representing the company in external engagements.
Qualifications:
  • Advanced Diploma or higher in Occupational/Workplace Health and Safety.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in WHS management or business partnering roles.
  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment (desirable).
  • Strong understanding of WHS legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels.
