We are looking for an experienced Construction Contracts Specialist to join our Corporate Legal team. In this role, you will provide expert advice on construction contracts, including tender services agreements, joint venture agreements and leases.

  • You will work closely with our bid teams to ensure that contracts are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
  • You will also assist in preparing suites of downstream contract templates for project staff to use in appointing consultants, trades contractors, suppliers and other subcontractors.
  • In addition, you will participate in negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors, joint venture partners and others.

Key Requirements:
